2. Care Management Associate

  • Support the care management team by handling administrative tasks and inquiries
  • Review and process medical claims and requests for services
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate and updated documentation
  • Conduct research and provide assistance to care managers as needed

3. Sales Representative

  • Promote Aetna’s health insurance plans and services to potential customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers and other sales partners
  • Lead sales presentations and effectively communicate the value of Aetna’s products
  • Provide guidance and support to customers in understanding their coverage options
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required for all positions
  • Prior experience in a related field may be preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and basic software applications
  • Dependable and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
