Job Overview

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Remote Service Engineers to join our team. As a Remote Service Engineer, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients remotely, ensuring that their Apple devices are functioning optimally and any issues are resolved efficiently. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and provide assistance to clients regardless of their location.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and provide technical support through remote connection tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on Apple devices
  • Assist clients with setup, installation, and configuration of Apple products and applications
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior engineers or specialized teams when necessary
  • Document all client interactions and technical solutions provided
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple products, technologies, and software updates
  • Collaborate with team members and share knowledge to continuously improve service quality

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in providing technical support for Apple devices
  • Strong knowledge of macOS, iOS, and Apple hardware
  • Proficiency in remote troubleshooting and remote desktop tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities
  • Attention to detail and dedication to providing high-quality service
  • Apple certifications (e.g., ACMT, ACSP) are a plus
