Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential guests to provide personalized booking solutions, upselling additional amenities when appropriate
  • Utilize sales techniques to convert inquiries into confirmed reservations
  • Build rapport with guests and establish long-lasting relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with Hilton’s promotions, products, and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure guest satisfaction

Position: Remote Sales and Service Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team by preparing proposals, contracts, and reports
  • Assist with lead generation and follow-up activities
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for sales executives
  • Handle travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Maintain up-to-date client database and CRM tools

Qualifications

Required:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
  • Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Home office environment with reliable high-speed internet connection

Preferred:

  • Previous customer service, hospitality, or sales experience
  • Experience in remote or virtual work settings
  • Basic knowledge of reservation systems and CRM software
