  • Accurately document and update guest interactions in the Hilton customer service system
  • Adhere to Hilton’s high standards of professionalism and service excellence


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to navigate and efficiently use computer systems
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace
