About the Role

As a Kelly Connect representative, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. We are currently hiring individuals to join our customer service team, where you will be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers. This role entails providing assistance, resolving queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Document customer interactions and provide detailed notes for future reference
  • Achieve and maintain quality and performance goals
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center role is desirable
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
