Position: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
  • Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or inquiries
  • Effectively communicate product information, delivery schedules, and company policies to customers
  • Exceed customer expectations by going above and beyond to resolve any concerns or problems
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer’s shopping experience
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of QVC’s product offering and stay up-to-date with current promotions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer inquiries
  • Adhere to company guidelines and policies while ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating various software applications
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
