Job Summary

We are currently seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our vibrant and dynamic team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing them with exceptional service. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate and efficient information regarding TD Bank’s products and services
  • Identify opportunities to promote and cross-sell additional products and services to customers
  • Deliver personalized and exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Use various tools and systems to accurately document customer interactions and perform necessary follow-up actions
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to best support customer needs
  • Adhere to TD Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
