Job Title: Technical Support Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with technical issues or troubleshooting through phone, email, or chat
  • Identify and resolve hardware, software, or network-related problems
  • Guide customers through product installations, configurations, and updates
  • Document technical solutions and ensure accurate case management
  • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and knowledge base

Requirements:

  • Prior technical support experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting network connectivity and internet-related issues
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical customers
  • High school diploma or equivalent
