Job Title: Work From Home Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Telus is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Work From Home Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Telus customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting Telus services. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility and convenience of working from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assisting customers with billing questions, technical support, and service inquiries
  • Providing accurate information and solutions to customers in a professional and timely manner
  • Effectively troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
  • Upselling and promoting Telus products and services when opportunities arise
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
  • Adhering to Telus’ customer service policies and procedures
  • Meeting or exceeding performance targets

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
