Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating various software applications
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office space
